He has a varied educational background in Estate Management and Business, with a career that includes roles in institutions such as Continental Trust Bank Limited (now UBA), NAL Bank Plc. (now Sterling Bank Plc.), Aquila Asset Management, Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited, and C&I Leasing Plc.
Lenin possesses specialized skills in Investment Analysis and Project Management, focused on enhancing corporate financial performance, particularly for SMEs. He has a robust network for fundraising through Private Equity, Global Development Finance, and Capital Markets, along with a strong understanding of Treasury markets that support large corporations and mid-sized companies.
Additionally, he is a Chartered Pension Professional, an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, as well as a registered Capital Market Operator with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
