Dr. Kehinde Alliu graduated from the University of Lagos with a Ph.D. in Finance, an MBA in Management, an M.Sc. in Finance, and a B.Sc. in Accounting. Over his three-decade career, he mastered the domains of Taxation and Finance and has made remarkable contributions in both the private and public sectors.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), as well as being a member of the Fiscal and Financial Economist Society of Nigeria.
He co-founded Valueworth Consulting, a leading Tax consulting and
Management firm, with a wide clientele in the banking, Oil & Gas,
Manufacturing, and Public Sectors.
Prior to the founding of Valueworth Consulting, Dr. Alliu worked as the Financial Controller at Equitorial Trust Bank Limited (ETB), where he was instrumental in the merging of Devcom Merchant Bank with ETB. His career path also includes major responsibilities at Fortune International Bank PLC, Gulf Bank Nigeria PLC, Credite Bank Nigeria Limited, and Financial Spectrum Nigeria Limited, where he was responsible for financial management, audit, compliance, and operations.
Dr. Alliu began his professional career with Olusola Adekanola & Co., Nigeria’s largest tax firm at the time. There, he played a key role in handling large-scale tax projects for nearly all of the federation’s states, creating revenue collection and compliance techniques.
